Everything about placing and tracking your orders.

How do I place an order?

Open the Digrocer app, browse or search for products, add them to your cart, then tap Checkout. Choose your delivery option, enter your address, select a payment method, and confirm your order.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it by going to Profile → My Orders → Order Details → Cancel Order. After that, the order has been sent to our fulfilment team and cannot be changed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is picked up by a rider, you'll receive a notification and can track the rider's live location on the map from Profile → My Orders → Order Details.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

If an item goes out of stock after you order, we'll notify you via push notification and remove it from your order. You'll only be charged for items we successfully deliver.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to 18 neighbourhoods across Greater Accra including Accra Central, Tema, East Legon, Osu, Spintex, Labone, Cantonments, Madina, Adenta, Teshie, Nungua, Dansoman, Achimota, Haatso, Kasoa, Ashaiman, Sakumono, and Kaneshie.

How long does delivery take?

Express Delivery: same business day (usually within 1–3 hours). Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days. Shop Pickup: ready in approximately 1 hour. Times may vary due to traffic or high demand.

How much does delivery cost?

Shop Pickup is free. Standard Delivery costs ₵15.00. Express Delivery costs ₵30.00. Weekend delivery (Saturday & Sunday) is free on all orders above ₵50.

What if I miss my delivery?

Our rider will call you before arriving. If you're unavailable, we'll attempt re-delivery once. If the second attempt fails, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a ₵10 failed delivery fee.

Payments

MoMo, cash, and refunds.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery. Simply choose your preferred method at checkout.

My MoMo payment failed — what happened?

Your order will not be confirmed and no money should be deducted. If you believe money was taken from your MoMo wallet without an order confirmation, contact your mobile money provider first, then reach out to us at support@digrocer.com with your transaction ID.

How do I get a refund?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Profile → Help & Support in the app, or email support@digrocer.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Can I use a promo code?

Yes. Enter your promo code on the checkout screen before confirming your order. One promo code per order. Codes are time-limited and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Account

Sign in, profile, and data.

How do I create an account?

Download the Digrocer app, tap "Create Account", and fill in your name, email, phone number, and password. You can optionally add your delivery address and MoMo number during sign-up for faster checkout.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account and type DELETE to confirm. Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days in accordance with Ghana's Data Protection Act 843. Order history required for tax compliance is retained for 7 years in anonymised form.

How is my personal data used?

We use your data only to process your orders, deliver groceries, and improve the app. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
